Using Ready File Tools
Ready File Tools provides free browser-based PDF and image utilities without a required account. These terms describe the current service. If these terms do not suit your needs, do not use the tools. Each tool shows its supported tasks and limits.
Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in your files. Use documents and images that you own or are authorized to process. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights, bypass access restrictions, misrepresent a document, or disrupt the website.
Review results and keep originals
Conversion and editing can change appearance, image quality, text order, metadata or interactive features. OCR may contain errors. Keep your originals and review results before relying on them. A drawn signature is not a certificate-based digital signature; the tools do not certify document authenticity or acceptance by another service.
Availability and limits
The tools depend on browser support, device memory and the input file. Some files cannot be processed. Availability, supported formats and limits may change as the site develops. There is no promise that every conversion will succeed or reproduce the source exactly. The current tools do not require payment or a subscription.
Temporary work and privacy
The current tools process selected files inside your browser. Unsaved work can be lost when a tab is closed or reloaded. Download the results you want to keep. Website delivery and messages sent to support involve separate network or email services; the privacy notice describes those distinctions.
External links and third-party components
Some pages link to external references or offer social sharing. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not transfer your selected files automatically. Open-source components retain their respective licenses.
Updates and questions
